How to get the Confirmed Status

Confirmed status is given to the members who verified their identity. 

To get the Confirmed status, simply send us a selfie with one of the requested poses:

The photo needs to match the example: use the same hand and pose, and show the face clearly.

The face needs to match the profile photos.

Here is what you need to do:
1. Take a selfie matching one of the examples above
2. Click on registration@bantu.dating
3. Compose your request in the opened window. Make sure you’re using the email that you have registered with (if nothing happens upon clicking on the email above, please copy it and send us an email there from your personal inbox).
4. Upload the file 
5. Click Send

Your application will be checked by our team, you will be notified within 2 days.
 
Possible reasons for rejection:

• Incorrect pose
• Incorrect photo
• Poor photo quality
• No matching photos in the profile
